in 1999, ELBOW, is a company specialized
in councils and data processing
departments.
In
March 1999, Elbow was one of the
first companies in to have an entirely
accessible application by an Internet
navigator, ProSearch, developed
by SeAL company.
Elbow
started by creating Internet applications
and search engines (such as www.virtualcasting.net),
then specialized in the material
and data transfers, and the data-processing
control and services.
